Elsewhere you can pay up to R1000 for a speech. We understand why! It takes many hours of hard work and some crazy skill to write a good speech. BUT: You will not pay such harsh prices if you use Get-a-Speech!
We can offer you very affordable speeches because of our unique system:
- The entire process is internet and email based.
- We retain the copyright to every speech.
- You receive a licence for exclusive use for six months.
- After the six months:
- you may of course continue to use the speech as much as you want.
- we remove the personalized sections in the speech and it becomes a stock item which we list for stock sales.

Q: What format document will I receive?
You will receive the speech in PDF format, speech-card ready. See here for example. The speech will be emailed to you, unless it is a stock speech, in which case you can download it from out web site, as soon as payment has been received.
Q: Do you provide printed copies of the speech?
No, you need to print the digital document and make your speech cards- unless you can collect it at our premises. The speech is presented to you in speech card format. See example here. We also provide some guidelines on making speech cards here.
Q: Do you write speeches for school classwork or homework assignments?
No, we believe that the child should do his/her own class- and homework. Our speeches are intended for school public speaking competitions or similar events. We do write speeches for other occasions such as Valedictory Assemblies, Weddings and other public events.
Q: Do you provide training or coaching?
No unfortunately not. You are welcome to send us a voice-clip of the speaker presenting the speech and we will email you some comments / suggested improvements.

Q: Do you guarantee good results?
No, unfortunately we cannot guarantee that the speaker will win a competition or achieve high marks for public speaking, using one of our speeches. This is not an exact science. Judges / Adjudicators are subjective and they might have a preference for specific topics or specific presentation styles. What we do guarantee is that you will NOT be given a boring speech that is sure to produce mediocre results and put the judges and the audience to sleep. With our speeches, the speaker will have a fighting chance to do really well.
